Pi

Terminal window
pi install git:github.com/alexgreensh/token-optimizer
# Or test a local checkout:
pi install ./pi
pi update --extensions

The root package manifest loads only the Pi extension; it does not auto-load the other runtime skills.

Inside Pi:

/token-optimizer
/token-optimizer doctor
/token-optimizer enable

The extension starts off. Continuity and archiving require their own opt-ins even after measurement is enabled. See Pi capabilities and limits before enabling either, especially for sensitive outputs.

/token-optimizer disable
/token-optimizer purge all

Purge is optional: it removes extension-managed data, not Pi session history. Then remove the same source you installed:

Terminal window
pi remove git:github.com/alexgreensh/token-optimizer
# If installed from a local checkout instead:
pi remove ./pi

Pi uses TOKEN_OPTIMIZER_PI_HOME as the complete data directory (default ~/.pi/agent/token-optimizer), not the Python runtime selector. See Configuration.
